On a phone

What changes at phone width, and what to leave for a laptop.

Every section works at phone width. This is what changes.

Explore on a phone
The 76px rail is hidden below tablet width — against a 390px screen it is a tenth of the display given to navigation nobody is looking at while they work. The same sections live in the header instead.

The composer

Visual on a phone
The prompt stays full width and the settings collapse into the row beneath it.

In Video and Animate the settings stack above the canvas rather than beside it, and the mode strip leads rather than sitting below the whole form — otherwise there is no visible way back to Image without scrolling past every control.

Effects and Voice

Effects on a phone
The source panel goes full width above the prompt; the catalogue drops to two columns.
Voice on a phone
Unchanged in substance, and the cheapest thing to generate — the easiest way to test the system from a phone.

Slides and Workspaces

Slides on a phone
A deck built on a laptop reviews cleanly on a phone.
Workspaces on a phone
Cards stack and actions wrap underneath rather than being cut off at the right edge.

What to leave for a laptop

The timeline editor

It is four panels and a frame-accurate drag surface. It loads and it works, but trimming a clip to the frame with a thumb is not something anyone wants to do.

Everything else — generating, applying effects, narrating, building a deck, managing a workspace — is meant to work on a phone, and does.
